Gillian turned 3 months old on August 14th. We had her dedicated at our church the day before. It was a great day, and Aunt Amanda took this beautiful picture of Gabby and Gillian. Enjoy!

This week we took our annual Sesame Place trip. Every year, Gabby likes something different. This year, she was finally old enough to ride the roller coaster. It was pretty fast and high like a normal coaster, but it did not go upside-down. We didn't know if she was going to like it at first, but when she got to the top of the initial hill, she put her arms in the air like a pro.

We had dinner with our Sesame Street friends on Wednesday night. Gabby loves Zoe because they are both ballerinas. The Count took a special liking to Gillian and tried to sneak her out of the restaurant under his cape.

Poor Gillian had to spend most of her time in her stroller and out of the sun, but we did get this cute picture of her catching a few waves in Ernies Wave Pool. She also enjoyed spending her first night in a hotel. She slept like a log...as always.

Gabby went to Michael's 3rd birthday party today. She had a great time dancing and climbing the rock wall. Gabriella's cousin, Isabella, was at the party, too. Michael is Isabella's cousin.

We really didn't think that our girls looked alike at all until we did this little experiment. When Gabby was born, Aunt Mandy was working as a photographer at JCPenney. Every month, Amanda took Gabby's pictures. We decided to do the same with Gillian because we didn't want her to suffer from "second child...who never has any pictures" syndrome. These side by side shots were all taken on the exact 1 month/2month/3month milestone birthdays. What do you think?

We finally had to get rid of Dave's poor junk car. As nasty as it was...we fondly referred to her as Goldy. The inspection was up, and it no longer had brakes, suspension, turn signals, air conditioning....etc...

We had to car shop, and we decided in the end to go with a minivan because studies show they are safer, roomier, and better on gas than some other choices. The only downfall...they are totally not cool. We are soooo hitting middle age. Here are some funny shots of Goldy, and Gabby signing papers to pick up the new vehicle. Roberta (the lady at the dealership) was really kind to our girls and totally played along with Gabby's game.

Gillian has been grabbing and eating toys like crazy for about a month. She has officially found her favorite. She smothers this colorful giraffe with drool on a daily basis. Her favorite part is the ear.

The last couple times that Pastor Mercer and Debbie visited our family, Gabby cried hysterically because she was afraid of Pastor. This is the first time that he came to our house that she was able to laugh and have fun. We have no idea why?

Gabriella had a birthday party to go to at Zak and Zoe's Party Zon. It was a Diva party. Her friend Juliette turned five, and all the kids got makeup, hair paint, and diva treatment. It was cute.

We went to Waterfalls restaurant today to celebrate the dedication of Dave's niece, Isabella Giovanna. Everyone had a great time. Isabella looked "like a baby princess"....Gabby's own words. Gillian was held by many loving relatives. Gabby and Mikey (Tony and Milena's nephew) had a great time throwing everyone's change into the waterfall pond.

Gianna and Samantha came over for a short playdate today. The girls had fun climbing on the castle bed. It was good to see Samantha. The last time we saw her, she was just starting to walk. Time sure does fly!

Someone in the Pizzolo household loves DeeDee Doodlebop. I wonder who it could be?

Gillian likes to sit up so we put her into this seat that they sell at Babies R Us. It is the funniest thing. It has an elephant on it and the word Bumbo. Did they just put together Dumbo (because of the elephant) and Bum (because that is what fits in the seat)? Does anyone out there know. Anyhow, Gillian loves it!
